Hi, I’m Micaela Parker, a Health and Wellness Life Coach, certified as a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Psych-K® practitioner based in New Zealand.

 

I persevere and don’t give up; I coach from personal experience and am deeply passionate about health and wellness, empowering people to achieve real, lasting change through personalised 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and practical wellbeing strategies.

 

I help people reconnect with their bodies, minds, and lives creating more balance, confidence, and clarity.

Life gets full, and your wellbeing can quietly slip into the background, but it doesn’t have to stay there. Together, we’ll explore how your mindset, habits, relationships, and lifestyle all contribute to your overall health and happiness.
