I’m a mum in a blended family of three boys, and I know firsthand how demanding life can be.

 

My wellbeing journey hasn’t always been easy. Life has brought me profound personal challenges, including my husband passing away to cancer. On top of that, I faced health issues that wouldn’t go away and were only getting worse. I wasn’t getting answers, and it felt overwhelming and frustrating. That’s when I decided to take my health into my own hands.

Through self-led learning, I explored leading research and insights from medical and lifestyle thought leaders, trialed different approaches and modalities, experimented with supplements, and persisted even when progress felt slow.

 

Those efforts led to real, meaningful shifts in my health and wellbeing, results that had previously seemed out of reach. Those experiences taught me the power of knowledge, perseverance, and self-advocacy when it comes to your health.

For over 20 years, I worked in Human Resources and Health & Safety, supporting people in workplace environments. But navigating my own health struggles inspired me to help others on a deeper level. I discovered how powerful small steps can be  even 1% changes can create life-changing results. That shift led me to become a qualified Integrative Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and to train in PSYCH-K®, a transformative method for shifting limiting beliefs and creating lasting change.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching style is compassionate, honest, and deeply committed to your growth.

I walk beside you, not only to support you but also to gently challenge you to step into your potential and create meaningful, lasting change.

I hold you accountable because your your health and wellbeing matter. Sometimes our sessions may feel a little uncomfortable, that’s often where the real transformation happens. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back, face truths with curiosity, and build the clarity, confidence, and self trust you need to make healthier choices and move forward.

By approaching coaching with curiosity, openness, and self-compassion, you’ll find that even modest, consistent changes in your nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and daily habits can grow into significant, lasting improvements in your overall health and wellbeing.

My approach blends compassionate coaching with science based strategies. I combine reflective conversation and practical tools with guided visualisation exercises, and intuitive techniques, helping you connect deeply with your inner guidance and uncover the root causes of what’s keeping you stuck.

Everything we do is grounded in kindness, respect, and care for your wellbeing, privacy, and emotional safety.

 

I believe in the power of 1% changes, small, consistent actions that compound over time into real, lasting shifts in your health, wellbeing, and lifestyle. This journey isn’t always a sprint; it’s often a marathon. I’m walking alongside you every step of the way, because I genuinely care that you live your happiest, healthiest, and most authentic life.
