  • Use your results as a conversation tool - whether that’s with me as your perimenopause coach or with your healthcare practitioner - to help deepen your understanding and determine next steps.

  • And most importantly, come back to the quiz often. As your hormones shift, your experience may change too, and your archetype patterns can evolve with you.
