Hi, I’m Micaela Parker, a Health and Wellness Life Coach

 

Certified as a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Holistic Perimenopause and Menopause Coach and Psych-K® practitioner based in New Zealand.

 

I persevere and don’t give up; I coach from personal experience and am deeply passionate about

health and wellness, empowering people to achieve real, lasting change through

personalised one to one coaching, group coaching, and practical wellbeing strategies.

 

I help people reconnect with their bodies, minds, soul and lives creating

more balance, confidence, and clarity.

Life gets full, and your wellbeing can quietly slip into the background, but it doesn’t have to stay there.

My approach blends compassionate coaching with evidence-based tools from neuroscience,
